Alright.  Before I get into this, I think that there needs to be a little explanation.

I'm going on a missions trip to Peru, and that means I need to get immunized...  Which means I need to know what immunizations I've already had so I don't get shot up twice.  After poking around the Group Health website, I was able to register and find I've only been immunized with just one shot.  This was MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), and it was a long time ago.

Ok.  The second thing is that I've heard "Umbrella" on the radio recently (by Rihanna).  I've also heard the remix with "Cinderella" (by some dude who I don't remember).  Of course, the word "Cinderella" was kind of an interesting choice...  So I began to think, "Why didn't he use a different word?  Like... Fella... or Tella.... Sella...  Rubella!"

Now, upon this realization that "rubella" fit perfectly in place on "umbrella", it would be a sin for me to not rewrite the lyrics of "Umbrella" with "rubella" instead. 

So I did.

I realize this is pathetic, but I'm actually kind of sad that I finished all the Friends DVDs.

As I was brushing my teeth, I realized something - there are two ways to uncap my toothpaste.

Unscrew the cap from the tube.

Or, unscrew the tube from the cap.

Off of my cousin's suggestion, I have replayed Day of The Tentacle.  For those of you newbs out there, DoTT is a really old puzzle game that has somewhat of a cult following among old gamers.  Basically you gather items and use them in creative (aka ridiculous) ways to do stuff.  It's an interesting blend of frustration, amazment, triumph, humor, and nonsense.

It's still awesome...  And surprisingly difficult.

If you want to relive your old memories (or create new ones), I've included the necessary links.  If you like puzzles, wackiness, or outrageously weird situations at all, you should give this game a try.  It doesn't take too long if you know what you're doing.

First, you need to download ScummVM - which allows you play old DOS games on Windows XP machines.  It's a very small file - Download ScummVM.

Once you have this, all you need to do is download the game itself.  This (and an instruction booklet that you will need for the "authorization code"), can be found on here.  It's pretty small too.

To "install" the game, unzip the DoTT folder to your computer (make sure that you know where it is located).  Next, start up ScummVM.  It will have an option for "Add Game.." click on it and locate the DoTT folder you unzip.  Select the folder and click "Choose".  Now press select the game and press "Start".

If you get stuck you can always look online or ask me.  Also, if you want to save press "F5" and follow the menus.  As a tip - the shortcut keys speed things up a lot, so you should look them up in the instruction booklet.

I have another poll...  Though it isn't as good as the last one.

So I borrowed the TV show Friends from Dorothy (at least, half of them), and I just got past the part where Rachel and Ross break up.  It's sad.  I cried.  Well, not really.

Anyway, as I was watching it I was wondering if Rachel was justified in breaking up with him.  So that leads me to the quesiton:

Should Rachel have forgiven Ross?

If you're not familiar with the show - or more likely you need a refresher on what happened, here are the basics:

- Rachel has been really busy and Ross hasn't seen her much
- On their aniversary, Ross visits Rachel at work even though she told him not to (she is working late)
- Ross is really annoying, they get in a fight
- Rachel says, "I think we should take a break from us"

- Ross goes out to a bar
- Rachel is visited by Mark (her former co-worker, whom Ross is jealous of)
- Ross calls Rachel, hears Mark's voice in the background, then gets angry
- Ross sleeps with a girl at the bar

- The next morning, Rachel wants to get back together
- Ross tries to hide the fact that he slept with someone else
- Rachel finds out and breaks up with him

Ross is completely apologetic, saying that he was stupid and made a huge mistake.  Furthermore, he says that he thought they were on a break and that Rachel was with Mark (which she was, but not in that way) - feeling hurt and rejected, he slept with this girl.  He says he would never do anything to hurt her if he knew that they were still together but can't change the past.

Rachel says that she can never look at Ross the same way.  No matter what he does or what he says, she'll be able to see him in the same way as she once did.  She thought that he would never hurt her, but he did.  She's too hurt to stay together with him and wants to break up.
